How Personal Development Changed My Life?

Introduction    A few years ago, I was wasting my time without knowing what to do for personal development. I used to scroll through social media all day long. I always wanted a change, but my body was too lazy to do anything. Even when I felt physically active, I didn’t know where or how to start. Slowly, I began making small changes such as waking up early, practicing some yoga poses, and reading books. I tried to make that a habit. I knew whatever I was doing might not be perfect, but this was the starting phase of self-growth.  Through this blog, I want to share my journey, how I changed my mindset, improved my habits, and motivated myself to follow the same process daily.
